Shipping & Returns
$5.00 Flat rate shipping on all orders under $49. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50. (within the United States)
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to fifteen (15) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on the following Monday.
All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days upon receiving the order. We do not issue refunds. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable.

- Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted
Store Credit: WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure you use it.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Please email email@example.com with pictures and a description of the damage, also be sure to include a picture of your invoice.
Steps to Return Items:
- Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
- Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs.) We do also recommend getting a tracking number!
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
